Content & Social Lead
About the Role:This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and technology. You’ll own Syncere’s social presence and storytelling, capturing everything from prototypes and demos to behind-the-scenes moments with the team. You’ll work closely with engineers and designers, turning complex robotics work into content that feels modern, tasteful, and culturally relevant. Strong instincts for fashion, music, pop culture, and the internet are essential.
What You'll Do:
• Own Syncere’s voice and presence across social platforms
• Document our journey building real robots—prototypes, demos, failures, and wins
• Concept, shoot, and edit content that feels modern, intentional, and culturally relevant
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments with engineers and designers
• Shoot and edit content using both phones and professional cameras
• Create visual assets that reflect strong taste and brand consistency
• Engage directly with the community in a way that feels human, not corporate
• Stay ahead of trends across fashion, music, tech, and internet culture
What We're Looking For:
• Strong taste and a clear point of view
• Deep understanding of internet culture and social media dynamics
• Interest in fashion, music, art, and pop culture
• Strong personal network across culture, tech, fashion, media, or creative circles
• Knows what feels current, what feels timeless, and what feels cringe
• Strong shooting and editing skills (phone + pro camera)
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and technical teams
• Self-directed and effective in an early-stage startup environment
Nice to Have:
• Can move easily between internet culture and real-world scenes (events, launches, dinners, parties)
• Experience managing influencers, creators, or brand partnerships end-to-end
• Understands how cultural moments, IRL events, and online presence reinforce each other
• Has taste and social awareness: knows what’s happening, where people go, and why it matters
Details:
• Full time or part time (6-month minimum contract) options available
• In person required

• Preference given to candidates who can start immediately.
