As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and nurturing leads & customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns, including paid search and social, as well as creating landing pages, emails, and website updates. Your work will be critical in driving top of funnel growth for the company.

What you'll do:

  • Developing and managing campaigns: Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Field & Product Marketing, SDRs, and RevOps teams to plan, execute, optimize, and oversee digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, ZoomInfo WebSights and Google Ads.
  • Building brand awareness: Drive brand awareness and high-intent web traffic among ICP accounts through targeted digital strategies, utilizing platforms like Hubspot and GA4 for analytics and Salesforce and 6sense for account-based marketing insights.
  • Generating leads: Leverage digital channels to generate qualified brand sales and 3PL leads, working closely with RevOps to align efforts and optimize lead flow into the sales pipeline.
  • Managing email campaigns: Create and deploy one-off and nurture email campaigns using HubSpot to engage prospects and customers, with a focus on driving retention and conversion.
  • Creating digital strategies: Develop and refine digital marketing strategies to grow and nurture the customer database, collaborating with RevOps and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Supporting website updates: Help optimize the website for better lead conversion and tracking, using WordPress and Google Tags to make updates to content and tracking.
  • Managing budgets: Allocate and optimize budget resources for digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense, and programmatic channels, ensuring cost-effective acquisition and engagement.
  • Measuring success: Work closely with RevOps and Data teams to build GA4, Hubspot and Salesforce dashboards that track key metrics, providing insights into campaign performance.
  • Presenting results: Analyze and present digital campaign results and KPIs to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven decisions inform future campaigns.
  • Communicating: Provide regular updates on digital marketing activities and results to internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment on upcoming campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital ads and email marketing.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, launching creative, and measuring success.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense, and Google Analytics.
  • WordPress and Google Tag Manager experience are a strong plus.
  • An understanding of how to track performance through UTMs and Google tags.
  • Keeps up with the latest Google optimizations, digital trends, and GDPR (privacy policies).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic design & written capabilities for creating presentations and internal resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Driven to get things done, be proactive, act with urgency, report on results, and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
