Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Remote Veterinary Receptionist and Potential lead care coordinator for our at-home pet euthanasia company. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for both clients and their beloved pets.

Responsibilities:

1. **Communication Handling:**

- Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, texts, and chats promptly and professionally during the workday.

2. **Coordination of Care:**

- Coordinate care for at-home euthanasia visits across multiple states (Arizona, New York, Florida, Maryland).

3. **Administrative Support:**

- Assist with processing payments, sending notifications to primary veterinarians, and handle other administrative tasks as necessary.

4. **Career Growth Opportunity:**

- This role offers the opportunity to evolve into a broader practice management position or take on responsibilities as a manager of other care coordinators.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
