We are seeking a Director of Marketing experienced in supporting complex B2B sales processes in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting complex B2B sales in healthcare using thought leadership, events, PR, and marketing automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a marketing plan to establish Jukebox as the industry leader and nurture relationships within its target client universe
- Generate high quality leads with Medicaid payers and at-risk providers for sales/BD
- Create engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars as well as actively participate in platforms like LinkedIn to position the brand as a thought leader
- Utilize various digital marketing tools and automation techniques to engage B2B audiences
- Implement account-based marketing strategies to personalize approaches for high-value accounts
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics
- Conduct ongoing research on products, new trends, and market opportunities
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reporting on activities and key customer account marketing
- Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance to optimize strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrable track record of supporting B2B sales and business development in healthcare
- Deep understanding of value-based contracting and/or Medicaid LTSS programs is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
