About Solace
Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.
We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.
Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Associate at Solace, you'll learn how a high-growth marketing team acquires patients, measures performance, and improves campaigns across paid media channels. This is a hands-on role for a recent graduate who is curious about the intersection of marketing, data, creative, and technology.
You'll work alongside experienced performance marketers and support the details that make campaigns successful: clean setup, accurate tracking, organized assets, careful QA, pacing, reporting, and follow-through. You do not need to arrive knowing every advertising platform. You do need to be comfortable with numbers, willing to learn quickly, and relentless about accuracy.
You'll get exposure to channels that may include paid social, search, display, video, CTV, podcasts, streaming audio, direct mail, out-of-home, and other growth experiments.
This is a hybrid in person role in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.
What You'll Do
Campaign Setup & QA
Support campaign launches by organizing briefs, channel specs, creative files, audiences, links, and tracking requirements.
Assist with campaign setup and perform structured QA under the guidance of the performance team, checking targeting, budgets, creative, landing pages, naming, and tracking before launch.
Maintain campaign calendars and launch trackers so owners, deadlines, and dependencies are clear.
Traffic creative assets and keep version control clean across platforms, agencies, and internal teams.
Measurement & Reporting
Build and QA UTMs and other campaign tracking inputs using established team processes.
Pull recurring performance data and help maintain pacing sheets, dashboards, and campaign reports.
Monitor basic metrics such as spend, clicks, conversion rate, booking volume, and acquisition efficiency, and flag unusual changes for the team to investigate.
Help document experiments and summarize what changed, what happened, and what the team learned.
Support landing-page and funnel testing by maintaining test logs, checking implementation, and organizing results.
Creative, Agency & Cross-Functional Support
Partner with creative and brand teams to make sure paid media assets meet channel requirements and arrive on time.
Help organize creative-performance learnings so the team can identify which messages, formats, and audiences are working.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors on routine deliverables, reporting needs, asset requests, and follow-ups.
Work with product, analytics, and other teams to surface tracking or funnel issues and keep open questions moving toward resolution.
What You Bring to the Table
0–2 years of relevant experience. Internships, coursework, student consulting, freelance work, paid-media projects, analytics projects, and personal side projects all count.
Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets. You do not need to be a data scientist, but you should enjoy finding patterns and checking whether the numbers make sense.
Exceptional attention to detail and the patience to QA work before it goes live.
Curiosity about digital advertising, growth, consumer behavior, experimentation, and how marketing turns into measurable business results.
Strong organization and follow-through across multiple small tasks and deadlines.
Clear communication and the confidence to flag when something looks wrong or does not make sense.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn unfamiliar tools, platforms, and concepts quickly.
A bias toward action balanced with care around data quality, patient-facing experiences, and regulated healthcare marketing.
What Would Set You Apart
Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Looker, Tableau, or another analytics or advertising platform through an internship, class, certification, or personal project.
A project where you used data to make a recommendation and can explain your reasoning.
Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
Interest in healthcare, consumer technology, or high-growth startups.
Applicants must be based in the United States.
Up for the Challenge?
We look forward to meeting you.
