Job Description
Savage X Fenty is seeking a high-impact Allocation Analyst to support our growing retail business across 14 stores. This role requires strong ownership of store allocations with a strategic, performance-driven mindset.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Allocation Analyst, you will lead inventory management, allocation strategy, and performance analysis for our retail stores. This role goes beyond execution — you will analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and translate data into clear recommendations that drive results.
You are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating nuance and ambiguity. You question data, dig deeper to understand root causes, and confidently communicate insights across cross-functional teams. This role partners closely with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations.
This position reports into the Sr. Director, Planning & Allocation.
What You Will Do
Own and execute allocation strategies across 14 retail stores, ensuring inventory supports sales, productivity, and peak business periods
Monitor and react to weekly sales trends, identifying risks and opportunities early and proactively adjusting allocations to maximize performance
Forecast demand based on store-level trends, category performance, and upcoming business drivers
Deep dive into store and category-level performance to inform targeted allocation decisions
Present allocation updates, findings, risks, and recommended actions in weekly business meetings
Communicate showroom status, inventory risks, and action plans to cross-functional partners, ensuring timely updates and alignment across teams
Identify inventory gaps or excess and implement action plans in partnership with Planning
Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting store performance and customer experience
Identify opportunities to refine allocation processes, improve reporting and accuracy, and enhance overall decision-making effectiveness
Effectively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What You Can Bring
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
1+ years of retail/wholesale allocation and inventory management experience
Strong understanding of retail financial metrics: sales, gross margin, inventory turn, sell-through, weeks of supply, etc.
Advanced retail math skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, form recommendations, and influence decisions
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate insights, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional partners
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complexity and nuance
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,000-$78,000 The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
