  • Forecast demand based on store-level trends, category performance, and upcoming business drivers

  • Deep dive into store and category-level performance to inform targeted allocation decisions

  • Present allocation updates, findings, risks, and recommended actions in weekly business meetings

  • Communicate showroom status, inventory risks, and action plans to cross-functional partners, ensuring timely updates and alignment across teams

  • Identify inventory gaps or excess and implement action plans in partnership with Planning

  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting store performance and customer experience

  • Identify opportunities to refine allocation processes, improve reporting and accuracy, and enhance overall decision-making effectiveness

  • Effectively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What You Can Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, form recommendations, and influence decisions

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate insights, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional partners

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complexity and nuance

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
