We are seeking a Producer to join our Savage X Fenty team. This role will report to the Senior Producer with the overall planning, facilitation, and day-to-day operations related to E-commerce and Editorials. This position is perfect for multi-taskers who pride themselves on their attention to detail, as well as their ability to meet deadlines. The candidate should be able to work well within a team environment but also is a self-motivator who can work independently.

The Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product photography and videos for our ecommerce platform. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing photography projects that ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals for online product listings, marketing materials, and social media. The Producer collaborates with creative teams, photographers, videographers, editors, stylists, and ecommerce teams to ensure that product imagery and video effectively enhance the online shopping experience and drives customer engagement.


This position will report to the Senior Producer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography Project Management: Help plan, schedule, and manage product photography and video shoots, ensuring that all imagery aligns with brand guidelines and product requirements.

  • Budgeting and Accounting: Manage budgets for ecommerce shoots and process timecards for crew and talent through our payroll company for ecom and campaign shoots.

  • Shoot Coordination: Organize logistics for photography sessions, including sourcing models, stylists, scheduling, coordinating with facilities for all ecommerce shoots.

  • Talent Casting: Manage castings, working with agencies and non-repped talent on bookings and negotiate rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with site merchandisers, marketing, and product teams to ensure all product images meet online platform requirements and support marketing campaigns.

  • Post-Production Oversight: Work with post-production team on timelines, including image editing, retouching, and optimization for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance user experience and drive conversions.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external photographers, digital techs, and stylists to ensure the timely delivery of photography assets within budget.

  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date on ecommerce photography trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance on set productivity.

  • Editorial Production: End to end production of editorials working closely with the creatives and photographer to bring visual concepts to life.

  • On Set Production: Main point of contact, managing the flow of the shoot and coordinating between creative and crew members. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shoot. Helping to manage budgets, making real time on-set decisions to stay on track financially.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in photography and video production, ideally with ecommerce.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce requirements and best practices for product photography.

  • Experience in producing and managing photoshoots, with attention to detail and a philosophy of collaboration and empathy, while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel and a focus on building budget docs, shoot schedules and managing shotlists.

  • Prior experience working and building relationships with agents, casting directors, prop stylists, photographers, and other shoot related vendors.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of photo and video production processes, styling, and postproduction workflows.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $88,000-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
