FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE ... FOH PERSONNEL
PENELOPE, an American café, and wine bar serving heartwarming contemporary comfort food in Murray Hill. This neighborhood staple, under a new entrepreneurial operating team that believes the most important ingredient to success is the quality of people representing the brand. We will work hard to attract, hire, and train a dynamic staff that exemplifies excellence, friendliness, intelligence, work ethic, empathy, and self-awareness. The current opportunities to work with this new team are listed below; however, our expectation for growth should allow for career longevity and acceleration upon strong performance.
POSITION:
Punctual, experienced, well organized individuals with NYC hospitality DNA
Intermediate knowledge of contemporary American cuisine , wines, spirits & beer
Critical thinking , problem solving, communication & listening attributes
Full time availability with capacity to handle high volume
Hospitality resume with 2 industry references
SCHEDULING:
MINIMUM 4 AM/PM SHIFTS PER WEEK
