We’re looking for a data driven growth marketer to join our Acquisition team as a Paid Social Acquisition Associate. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the paid aspects of key social channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok), strong communication skills, and an interest in campaign strategy and testing.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Paid Social Acquisition Senior Manager to strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid social channels. You will also work closely with our creative team to ideate, iterate, and improve creative assets for paid social ads, as well as the data and analytics team for testing and reporting. What you’d do at Our Place
- Assist with paid social campaign management across platforms
- Traffic ads for product launches and tests
- Analyze/report data and offer suggestions based on findings
- Suggest and execute optimization and strategy recommendations
- Work toward ownership of peripheral channels such as TikTok or Pinterest
- Partner with both internal and external creative teams to ideate and iterate on creative
- Partner with data and analytics team for testing and reporting
- Explore other Growth channels like SEM and YouTube with cross functional mentoring
Who you are
- 1-2 years experience with Meta channel management
- 1-2 years experience with other social channels such as Pinterest and TikTok
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, articulate findings, and suggest recommendations or next steps
- Experience navigating a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
