Job Summary

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape NAADAM’s visual direction across every customer touchpoint. This role is ideal for a designer who has moved beyond pure execution and is ready to own the creative point of view on the projects they touch — setting direction, making the brand calls, and mentoring junior designers along the way.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll partner closely on overall visual strategy and take the lead translating that strategy into work across email, paid media, social, e-commerce, and marketplace channels. You’ll also help define how AI tools fit into our creative workflow, pushing the team toward smarter, faster production without sacrificing craft.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Quality & Consistency

  • Act as a creative point person for assigned channels and campaigns, translating the Creative Director’s vision into fully realized, on-brand executions with minimal oversight
  • Help define and evolve NAADAM’s visual identity across digital touchpoints, flagging inconsistencies and proposing improvements proactively
  • Provide design feedback and informal mentorship to junior designers, helping raise the bar on craft and brand consistency across the team

Email Marketing

  • Own the design of high-quality, on-brand email assets from concept through final production, partnering with the email marketing team
  • Ensure all email creative is on-brand, visually compelling, optimized for performance, and delivered accurately and on time

Paid Media

  • Lead the creation of high-performing creative assets for paid media channels (Meta, Google, etc.), including both static and motion-driven formats
  • Use performance data and testing insights to inform creative iteration and direction
  • Uses creative testing, optimization, and design tools to improve ad performance and support scale

Social Media

  • Partner with the social team to design engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram and other social channels, helping shape visual trends and formats

Marketplace (Amazon)

  • Design and optimize visual assets for NAADAM’s Amazon storefront, balancing brand consistency with performance-driven best practices

Additional Support

  • Lead creative execution across portfolio brands, Ivory Ella and Package Free, adapting design work and direction to each brand’s unique voice, audience, and channel strategy

Skills

  • Strong point of view on digital design fundamentals, layout, typography, and brand systems, with the judgment to make and defend creative decisions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and an interest in shaping how AI is used to enhance creative production and efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback, including to more junior team members
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to lead, iterate, and grow
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital channels and a clear point of view

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience owning creative direction for campaigns or channels, not just executing on a brief
  • Experience with fashion, lifestyle, and/or beauty e-commerce brands is preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and paid media specs
  • Basic motion or video experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)

Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000

Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
