Job Summary
Naadam is seeking a driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented Senior Wholesale Account Executive to play a critical role on our Wholesale Sales Team! This role is heavily focused on business development for our Men's wholesale business—we’re looking for someone who brings a strong network of wholesale contacts and a proven ability to open new doors and drive revenue growth.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will also be responsible for managing and expanding strategic wholesale partnerships, executing seasonal go-to-market strategies, and identifying new growth opportunities—with a primary focus on menswear, while also supporting womenswear as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new wholesale opportunities across key markets and channels. Leverage an existing network of industry relationships to accelerate brand expansion and revenue growth.
- Expand business by building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retailers both within Majors and Specialty to drive brand growth.
- Maintain and update a dynamic target account list; develop and execute creative outreach strategies to open new accounts.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day operations and communication across assigned wholesale territories.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from pre-season planning and market appointments to post-season follow-up.
- Oversee order entry through JOOR and account maintenance in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Sales Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze weekly selling reports to identify in-season opportunities and performance trends.
- Create comprehensive hindsight and end-of-season recap reports to guide future strategies.
- Optimize account performance through curated assortments and proactive in-season management.
Market & Trade Show Support
- Lead seasonal market appointments and support major and regional trade shows from preparation through execution and follow-up.
- Coordinate all market assets including line sheets, samples, and pre-line materials to ensure effective presentation.
Field Engagement & Store Support
- Conduct regular in-person store visits, road appointments, and in-store events to support existing and prospective partners.
- Provide product education, visual merchandising guidance, and inventory optimization to maximize sales potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including design, merchandising, production, and planning to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Specifically, share competitive insights and market trends with cross-functional partners to inform product development and assortment planning.
- Monitor delivery timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely payment and product delivery.
Skills
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.); experience with JOOR, NetSuite, and retail math.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—confident in meetings/trade shows, on calls, and via email.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and adaptable to change.
- Team player with a willingness to problem solve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; relevant field preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in wholesale sales or account management within the fashion/apparel industry.
- Men’s contemporary apparel market required.
- Established relationships and a strong network within key retail accounts.
- Proven success in business development and opening new wholesale doors.
- Able to travel to accounts, events, and trade shows as needed.

Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 (+ performance based bonus)
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
