What You Will Do:

  • Develop, lead, and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional campaigns to increase specific business KPIs.
  • Develop email concepts, monthly calendar and messaging cadence using historical marketing data to inform decisions and conducting market research to deploy best-in-class campaigns that are engaging, drive conversion and increase overall LTV of our customers.
  • Lead programs and initiatives to continually grow CRM lists & engage with users.
  • Bring a data-driven approach to developing and optimizing campaigns and automated emails.
  • Become an expert in customer lifecycle and journey, working closely with marketing, ecommerce, and customer service teams to continually improve the customer experience and drive value for the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on the seasonal content strategy and promotional calendar to ensure consistency across all personalized customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze and report on email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and opt-out rate with a focus on driving improvements to support our business goals.


  • 1-3 years of experience developing lifecycle programs and working in a similar email marketing / CRM marketing role.
  • Experience developing and executing A/B tests to continually improve performance and gather customer insights.
  • Analytics-focused, with experience translating data into business and consumer insights.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with the Klaviyo platform.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Constant attention to detail; no typos, incomplete messages, or other deployment mistakes.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and believes in getting things done.
  • Eager to learn and willingness to support ad hoc marketing projects.

Salary $80k-$90k
