Overview:

The Coterie wholesale team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join and support our dynamic and growing team. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our growing list of B2B accounts & wholesale partners. This role will have a hand in assisting the total wholesale process from order entry and processing, to market meeting prep, direct account management and financial tracking. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills and expert relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and manage the sales order process, ensuring accuracy and on time fulfillment
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize order logistics and delivery schedules
  • Monitor, record, track & dispute all incoming chargebacks, deductions & fees incurred by wholesale accounts to help reduce any reductions to wholesale profitability
  • Proactively address and resolve account issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Contribute to the creation of impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for existing and prospective new accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with our wholesale partners to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive for continuous & incremental growth
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and proactively develop strategies to build additional Coterie market share opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product development, marketing, and operations
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track wholesale performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to the CPG & baby care industry

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-years of experience in a sales support or administrative role within the CPG industry
  • Experience with a D2C-first brand is a big plus but not required
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Netsuite or ERP software equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude and and flexibility to go with the flow in times of change

The expected salary for this role is $90,000 - $106,000 depending on a number of factors including job, level, experience and skill set.
