About the Role

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Associate who is TikTok obsessed with 2–3 years of experience to support and execute our social content strategy with a strong emphasis on all things TikTok, and supporting Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

This role is equal parts strategist, creator, editor and community builder. You’ll help bring our brand to life online - from attending events and capturing real-time content, to coordinating photoshoots, engaging with our audience daily, and helping develop platform-specific growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and execution of platform-specific content strategies mainly focusing on organic TikTok
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Contribute ideas for always-on content, seasonal launches, and cultural moments
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the social content calendar

Content Creation

  • Your main focus will be TikTok content creation and editing
  • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Support long-form YouTube content ideation and execution as needed
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots, events, retail activations, and team moments
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform updates - proactively bringing ideas forward

Event & Photoshoot Support

  • Attend brand events, influencer activations, and photoshoots to capture real-time content
  • Assist with shot lists and social-first content capture during campaign shoots
  • Coordinate with creators, influencers, and internal team members for content opportunities

Community Management

  • Manage daily engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, tags, community interactions)
  • Foster meaningful conversations and brand advocacy within our community
  • Identify UGC opportunities and build relationships with loyal customers and creators
  • Escalate customer service inquiries appropriately and collaborate cross-functionally

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics across platforms and report on KPIs
  • Identify trends in engagement, growth, and content performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content
  • Support A/B testing of formats, hooks, and messaging

Platform Expansion

  • Monitor emerging platforms and features
  • Test and experiment with new content formats
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new digital spaces

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (YouTube and Pinterest a plus)
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Comfortable shooting and editing video (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice
  • Experience with community management and brand engagement
  • Comfortable being on camera
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work flexible hours when attending events or activations
