About the Role
Beekeeper’s Naturals is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Senior Manager to own our affiliate and creator ecosystem across our full omni-channel business. You’ll lead both the strategy and day-to-day operations of our affiliate programs — the engine behind BKN’s creator-driven revenue — while overseeing a broader creator org that supports brand awareness, retail foot traffic, and GMV across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. You know how to move thousands of creators to action, build the systems that keep them engaged, and identify the content concepts that convert. You’ll operate with real autonomy against clear performance targets and continuously iterate and optimize to keep programs on the leading edge of the creator economy.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management
- Own and scale BKN’s affiliate programs across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC — managing a roster of 1,000+ creators with a sharp focus on performance, content quality, and revenue contribution, including program architecture, creator tiering, commission design, and payout management at scale.
- Design and run scalable communication systems that keep a 1,000+ creator base engaged and motivated — including discord & whatsapp channels, newsletters, content challenges, and performance-based incentive campaigns that make BKN a priority for creators and consistently drive high-quality, converting content.
- Manage platform tooling across Levanta, TikTok affiliate dashboard, Grin, and Awin.
- Develop and enforce creator contracts, FTC compliance standards, content guidelines, and exclusivity agreements.
TikTok Shop
- Lead TikTok Shop affiliate strategy end-to-end: proactively identify emerging viral concepts, trending audio, hooks, and product storytelling formats that have conversion potential — then rapidly translate them into actionable creator briefs, seed broadly, and iterate fast on what breaks through.
- Use performance data and platform intuition to double down on winning TikTok Shop concepts before they peak, and pivot quickly when content stops converting.
Amazon Affiliate Program
- Drive Amazon affiliate performance through consistent creator communication, structured incentive programs, and optimized attribution links — with a focus on rewarding content quality and conversion, not just volume.
- Design tiered commission structures, spot bonuses for top performers, and exclusive offers that give creators a reason to feature BKN over competing brands in their content.
Omni-Channel Creator Strategy
- Oversee the full omni-channel influencer strategy in partnership with the Influencer Marketing Manager — connecting creator activations to brand awareness, retail foot traffic, and channel GMV goals across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Partner cross-functionally with paid media, email/CRM, retail, and brand to amplify top creator content and surface UGC for multi-channel use.
- Own program analytics and reporting: GMV contribution, CPV, CPA, ROAS, and EMV by channel and creator tier — delivered weekly to growth leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years managing large-scale creator and/or affiliate programs (1,000+ partners), with direct experience sourcing, briefing, and incentivizing creators through systems rather than 1:1 relationships. TikTok Shop affiliate program experience is the strongest signal of fit. Amazon affiliate experience a strong plus.
- Proven ability to design incentive systems — commission tiers, performance bonuses, content challenges, creator competitions — that motivate large, distributed creator bases to produce high-quality, converting content consistently.
- Strong TikTok platform intuition: you can spot a viral concept before it peaks, brief it quickly across a large creator group, and read the data to know when to scale or pivot.
- Experience building scalable creator communication infrastructure — segmented outreach, creator newsletters, performance recaps — that drives engagement without requiring 1:1 relationships at scale.
- Growth-obsessed mindset - energized by aggressive growth targets and motivated by the opportunity to continuously optimize, overcome challenges and drive significant impact to the organization
- Proficiency with affiliate platform tooling: Levanta, Amazon Attribution, TikTok affiliate dashboard, or comparable.
- Strong analytical skills — you own your numbers and can clearly communicate what’s driving performance.
- Experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
- Solid grasp of FTC compliance, creator contracts, and influencer marketing legal requirements.
Bonus Points for:
- Background in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
- Experience running omni-channel creator programs connecting to retail or in-store activation.
- Prior experience transitioning affiliate programs from agency to in-house.
- Strong existing creator network in health, wellness, or lifestyle verticals.
