About the Role

Beekeeper’s Naturals is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Experience Manager to lead the evolution of our direct-to-consumer website and digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing eCommerce experiences, blending technical ownership with creative collaboration, and driving measurable growth through UX, content, and conversion strategy.

As a core member of the DTC team, you’ll own our Shopify platforms end-to-end, executing content and campaign updates, managing our tech stack, leading A/B testing, and innovating how we show up in the AI-driven future of digital commerce.

Responsibilities:

Website & Platform Management

  • Build and execute a comprehensive website roadmap focused on content enhancements, feature development, and performance optimization.
  • Manage the Shopify back-end and customer-facing site experience to ensure seamless purchasing, accurate content, and a high-converting user journey.
  • Execute site updates, including new product launches, campaign landing pages, homepage refreshes, promotional banners, and seasonal merchandising.

Conversion Optimization & Testing

  • Own a rigorous conversion rate optimization (CRO) agenda across the DTC storefront, with an A/B testing roadmap targeting improvements on key landing pages.
  • Use analytics and behavioral data to guide UX/UI refinements and reduce drop-offs at critical funnel points.

Tech Stack & Compliance

  • Maintain a best-in-class DTC tech stack: ensure tools are optimized for performance, speed, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts to ensure full ADA and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), including platform monitoring and updates.
  • Collaborate with dev partners or internal resources to troubleshoot, improve, or build digital features aligned with growth and compliance needs.

AI & Search Innovation

  • Construct and execute a forward-looking strategy to ensure Beekeeper’s Naturals is visible in LLM / AI-driven search results for relevant prompts (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
  • Identify and integrate with AI shopping opportunities early, developing pilots or test integrations with emerging retail and content platforms.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Partner closely with brand & growth marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure website content is current and aligned with brand & channel priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports product drops, blog updates, evergreen SEO content, and campaign launches on Beekeepersnaturals.com.
  • Support digital campaigns with optimized landing pages and content modules that drive acquisition and customer education.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, DTC content management, or digital platform operations.
  • Strong command of Shopify, CMS platforms, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Intelligems or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with ADA and privacy compliance frameworks, and experience managing eCommerce tech stacks.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and data dashboards to guide decisions.
  • Self-starter with project management skills and a bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset that aligns with wellness principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with SEO and AI-focused content strategy.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Stay AI, Figma, Asana, or other DTC stack tools.
  • Interest in functional wellness, supplements, or natural health products.
